Sheffield homes

Sheffield Homes was set up in 2004 to transform the city’s council housing. They provide excellent housing management services to around 42,000 households and are delivering the largest Decent Homes programme in the country - investing nearly £700 million in modernising local homes. Their services range from rents and repairs to keeping estates clean and tidy and tackling anti-social behaviour.

Sheffield Homes now manages Council housing in Sheffield and maintains the Council's Housing Register.

For more information on the properties available to rent from the Council and ways in which they can help you find a new home, use this link to visit the Sheffield Property Shop (new window) website.
